The staff were excellent and courteous throughout our stay.

Comfortable and spacious room, with a lovely large walk-in shower. The restaurant offered a great menu del dia, and the underground parking was secure. The hotel's location was convenient for picking up essentials at the nearby Carrefour. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay. I had a great experience and would recommend it to others.

We like the location as it is very good for travelling to Santander, also as a base for visiting the coast. The hotel rooms are very pleasant and well equipped (except for no English channels on the tv) and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. It is also a safe are for leaving the car on the street overnight and the town itself, although a bit scruffy, has a lot of bars and shops.

Conveniently located near a shopping center with plenty of parking. Quick and easy check-in process. Friendly restaurant staff and a decent restaurant. Secure underground parking for motorbikes available at a small fee. Regularly visited for the great location and access to a heated pool.

Very smart hotel and reasonably priced

The room was well-appointed with big bathroom, and I enjoyed it. All the staff were courteous, amicable.

Conveniently located outside the city center, with a 2km walk. Offers a gym and spa on-site. Clean rooms with connected options for families. Easy to find with Sat Nav. Close to a large supermarket and several restaurants.

The comfortable room, bar downstairs always open, location (close to Santander), friendliness of staff.

Parking is difficult outside because of the Spa within the hotel, which means one has to pay for garage parking.

We loved this stay. The staff was excellent and the place was fairly clean. Location: the hotel was right by the centre of Torrelavega and bars and food. It also was to the highway exit.

The hotel offers secure underground parking, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant provides basic but adequate meals. Good value for money with a menu del dia option.

Felt very welcome, staff were attentive and accommodating.

The fact that the bar was completely closed all day Sunday and there was nothing available to eat or drink until the restaurant opened at 8.30 pm.
